Thank you for shopping with TouchedByTashaMac. All orders require 2-3 business days to process before shipping out. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Standard shipping: 2-4 business days after your order is shipped out

International shipping: 5-7 business days

Any order placed after 6pm (EST) we will start processing the following business day.

Business days: M-F

All packages are delivered via USPS (M-F) and require a signature confirmation

 

Please Note: We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Order Early To Prevent delays during holidays.

 

We do NOT ship on Saturdays/Sundays ANY Items Purchased After 6pm (EST) on Friday Will Process On the Next Business Day (The Following Monday).

RETURN POLICY

We offer a return policy on UNOPENED hair extensions within seven days of receiving your order. All returns must be in its original packaging and seals must remain intact.  
 

Federal Law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. Concerning hygiene, federal law and health regulations, we must adhere to these strict polices in order to ensure compliance.

CUSTOM UNITS AND COLORED HAIR SUCH AS OMBRE, DYED OR BLEACH HAIR CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!
